Ingredients
  

  • 4 Portobello Mushrooms
  • .25 cup canola oil
  • 4 tbsp chopped Onions
  • 5 cloves chopped Garlic
  • 5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • 1. Wash the prepared mushrooms and cut off the stems of the mushrooms to reserve for other uses. Place the mushrooms on the plate facing the mushroom up.
    2. Prepare a bowl and mix oil, onion, garlic and vinegar, mix in a bowl and pour the mixture evenly over the mushroom lid and leave for 1 hour.
    3. Roast the mushrooms for 10 minutes on a BBQ and Serve immediately.
