Barbecued Portobello Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 4 Portobello Mushrooms
- .25 cup canola oil
- 4 tbsp chopped Onions
- 5 cloves chopped Garlic
- 5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the prepared mushrooms and cut off the stems of the mushrooms to reserve for other uses. Place the mushrooms on the plate facing the mushroom up.2. Prepare a bowl and mix oil, onion, garlic and vinegar, mix in a bowl and pour the mixture evenly over the mushroom lid and leave for 1 hour.3. Roast the mushrooms for 10 minutes on a BBQ and Serve immediately.
